1. What songs are included on the soundtrack to your life? “Wild World”, Cat Stevens, “Young Girl”,by Gary Puckett ,”Summertime” By Janis Joplin, “Longer Than” by Dan Folgleberg, ” “Day Is Done” & “I Dig Rock n Roll” by Peter Paul & Mary. And any Moody Blues would be an appropriate fit here as well.
2. What is your favorite time of day? It would have to be when you are all asleep. I write. I create. I love that the world around me is quiet as a church mouse, and the only thing I hear are the sounds I make creating.
3. What is your favorite part of the town/city you live in? I love he climate where I love, but more importantly I like that a least 300 days a year the sun is shining. It can even be snowing yet the sun will shine. The high Desert in Oregon is a phenom.
(part 2 of #3)) And what City and Country do you live? Bend, United States
4. If happiness was the national currency, what kind of work would make you rich? Creating anything with color and texture.

Moody Blues made me think of their song Nights in White satin..
never reaching the end, letters I’ve written, never meaning to send… oh yes.
aww yes Judee… such an inspiring song…
“Something calls to me.
The trees are drawing me near,
I’ve got to find out why.
Those gentle voices I hear
Explain it all with a sigh.”
always takes me back in years to the late 6’s and early 70’s when I had my babies, they could name that tune in two notes by the age of two.~.
I am but a bit south of you, so I am certain we are sharing this strange winter weather, and that you awoke to more inches of snow this morning.
Hi Carol!
Where abouts south are you? K-Falls maybe? Yeah we got about 3 inches more than we had but mostly the problem is the kind of snow it is. Its like wet cement that is as slick as the ice it forms. Very dangerous driving conditions. Although it takes an act of congress almost to let our kids have a snow day. But again if they did for each time it snowed our kids would never advance from grade to grade.
Thanks so much for stopping by. I shall check out your own blog and possibly learn where you are.Hope you are able to enjoy this winter wonder and not have to be out in it.
I love your choice of songs! I am a new follower. Nice to meet you through Share Your World.
Thank you missabeth. I love YOUR name!
Its really nice to meet you as well. Thanks so much kind lady for taking the time to comment.~
ohh beautiful snow. I love it..from the inside out. LOL
We finally are being hit by some winter weather for 2012, getting our first real heavy snows of the year. Its been a weird winter weather wise.
I like how dry our climate is. Having lived most of my life in the damp living at an elevation of about 4500′ is my ideal now.
We are extremely dry here. One reason I moved here. But I do love all the snow. One day we will have to come down off the mountain some for my breathing but right now I am taking it all in …in big gulps. 🙂
Whats your elevation Irene? We’re about 4500′ at our front yard. We just this weekend received our first real snow of the year. Strange winter this year~
6400. I love it here. We have already had the two to three feet and now we are behind on our snow. We need it for the dryness.
dani
Same here, we need the water too. It must be about 2:30-ish there? Are you an insomniac like me too?
We are almost neighbors!! Bend is beautiful!!
Isn’t this a small world? I love central Oregon, but grew up and raised our daughters in the valley.
Hello Lady BB! Thanks for visiting and following my blog. Have a nice day!
